Do you ship internationally?We ship all over the world! You can choose your delivery options at checkout.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Check out the dropdown currency menu at the top of our page. You can change your currency there.
Why was I billed duties/fees upon delivery?
We understand that customers may be frustrated with unexpected customs and duty charges not included in the initial order cost; however, these charges are imposed by your local government (varying by country) so we are unable to refund customers for these charges. We are constantly looking to expand our business globally and will strive to offer easy and affordable shipping options on all international orders.
What is your international returns policy?
Because of the high costs and difficulty with labels, all international customers (outside of Singapore) are responsible for creating their own label to send back their order for returns/exchanges. All returns are eligible for store credit only.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How do I care for my garment?All of our shirts are easy care– machine wash warm with like colours on delicate, and hang to dry wrinkle free. Don’t tumble dry- they dry pretty quickly on their own and heat can damage this high-end material. No need to dry clean, and only spot iron if absolutely necessary (like if you forgot to hang it up and left it on that laundry chair in the corner of your room… I’m looking at you, Scott).
FIT AND SIZING
How does this shirt fit?All Tropick shirts are a modern trim cut that gives a custom made, tailored feel right off the rack. The trim fit features a closer fit to the chest and a modern length. It has a slimmer sleeve and a tapered waist.

Do you sell gift cards?Yes we do, get yourself involved here.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
We wholeheartedly believe in reducing waste in packaging, so we do not currently offer gift packaging. Though, all of our shirts come pre-packed plastic-free in our branded reusable canvas zip travel bag (even better than gift wrapping!) with a Care Card. To send your package as a gift, please let us know in the comment box at checkout with any note you would like us to include.
Do you ever offer sales or discounts?
Since we strive to always provide the best price and value for our products, we do not offer sales, however please feel free to contact us at hello@tropick.com for bulk purchase and wholesale agreements.
What materials are your shirts made from?
We searched the globe high and low for the best of the best. All of our products are made of different high-end athletic performance blends. Each product page for our gear will have the specific blend.
